Vintage Brass Pedestal Saucepan with Turned Wood Handle – Aged Patina

Beautiful vintage brass vessel featuring a rounded bowl, raised pedestal base and long turned wooden handle.

Years of age and use have created a wonderfully timeworn surface with darkened brass, oxidation, verdigris and natural variations throughout. The interior has developed an especially deep patina, while the exterior retains areas of warm golden brass.

Its unusual saucepan form and wooden handle make it a great styling piece for a collected kitchen, mantel or shelf. It would also be striking filled with dried botanicals or incorporated into a grouping of vintage brass.
