Vintage Pfaltzgraff Folk Art 1½-Quart Canister #509 – USA – No Lid

Vintage Pfaltzgraff Folk Art stoneware canister, model #509, featuring the classic warm tan/brown glaze and cobalt-blue folk-art floral motif.

The substantial stoneware vessel has a gently flared upper rim accented in blue and the traditional stylized blue floral design on the front. The underside is impressed CANISTER 1½ QT / Pfaltzgraff / USA / 509.

The original lid is not included, making this a great piece to repurpose as a utensil crock, planter, vase or open countertop storage container.

The #509 form is documented as the 1½-quart Folk Art canister. A complete example measures approximately 6¼ inches in diameter and 7¼ inches high with its lid, so we'll want your actual height before putting dimensions in Shopify.
